It was a great week to be at Anderson Ranch! Artist Judy Plaff was on campus for an Advanced Studio Critique workshop; by the end of the week the studio had transformed into colorful spaces of painting and installation work. Printmaking examined the human figure in Brian Shure’s Intaglio, Chine Colle & the Figure workshop. In ceramics Visiting Artist Takashi Nakazato is firing his work, and Christian Rex van Minnen is transitioning from painting to clay. Looking forward to our last workshop week of the Summer 2016 season!
