Lunchtime Auctionettes are fun, high-energy affairs offering a wonderful opportunity to buy original artwork by Anderson Ranch faculty, Visiting Artists, students and staff, while supporting the Ranch’s educational programs!
Lunch will be served from 11:45AM – 12:15PM and tickets can be purchased in advance as part of registration for $20.
The Auctionette will be held from 12:15 – 1PM and is free and open to the public.
Registration is required for attendance. Please click here and review the Health & Safety requirements for all Anderson Ranch program participants.
LUNCH MENU: Korean BBQ
- Galbi bee (grilled short rib)
- Buldak (fire chicken)
- Gojuchang grilled tofu
- Ssamjang (sweet sesame sauce)
- Ssam (grilled leaf lettuce)
- Korean steamed rice
- Baechu kimchi
- Banchan (pickled carrots, lo bok, dikon radish, soybean sprouts, grilled zucchini, fried garlic, fried shallots, Korean chilies, gochujang aoli)
- Oi muchim (spicy cucumber salad)
- Sliced melon
- Ice cream bar

Lunch is open to the public from 11:30AM-1:30PM, Monday-Friday.
The Café is a social hub where students and visitors gather to discuss ideas, plan for new creative experiences, and reflect on shared teachings. Join us for a beautiful buffet lunch offering fresh salads and rotating hot items.
