Rachel has spent the past 20 years leading talent management initiatives and HR strategy at professional services organizations of various sizes and stages. She graduated from Columbia University with a BA and an MBA. Originally from Washington, DC, Rachel came to the Roaring Fork Valley in 2014 and joined the Ranch in 2023.
