Pricing is based on double or single-occupancy lodging:

• Tuition and lodging with double occupancy: $7,950

• Tuition and lodging with single occupancy: $8,950

Payment Timeline:

• Deposit: $1,500
• Registration Fee: $175
• Full payment is due by: August 11, 2025

Cancellation Policy:
As a nonprofit, we are unable to offer exceptions to our cancellation policy. Therefore, we require participants to purchase trip cancellation insurance in the event they need to cancel their reservation for any reason. The deposit is non-refundable, and there are no refunds for unused services once the trip begins.

In order to receive a refund, a cancellation notice must be given in writing to the Anderson Ranch Arts Center at least 60 days before the start of your workshop. If we are given the required 60 days’ notice, we will refund your payments less a cancellation fee of $250. Cancellations made within 60 days of the start of your workshop will result in a full forfeiture.
