Kathmandu
Begin your retreat in the “Land of Gods,” Kathmandu, a vibrant city surrounded by majestic mountains. Nestled within a valley framed by snow-capped Himalayas and lush terraced hills, Kathmandu is home to historic temples, sacred shrines, and traditional red-tiled houses. Capture the essence of the city’s rich culture and enjoy breathtaking views of the Himalayas.
Day 1: October 11
- Lodging: Shambaling Boutique Hotel
- Program: Arrive in Kathmandu. Transfer to Hotel Shambaling for a restful afternoon. Enjoy a briefing followed by dinner at a local restaurant in Bodhnath.

Day 2: October 12
- Lodging: Shambaling Boutique Hotel
- Program: Start your day with a guided yoga session. Explore the city with a full day of sightseeing and photography at Pashupatinath and Bhaktapur Durbar Square, capturing the intricate architecture and vibrant culture.

Pokhara
Fly to the picturesque city of Pokhara, famous for its stunning natural beauty and peaceful atmosphere. Stay at three unique locations, each offering breathtaking views of snow-covered peaks, including the iconic Machapuchare (Fishtail) Mountain. Use this serene environment to enhance your photography skills, deeply connecting with tranquil lakes and lush mountain landscapes.
Day 3: October 13
- Lodging: Begnas Lake Resort
- Program: After morning yoga and breakfast, fly to Pokhara and drive to Begnas Lake Resort. Enjoy a late afternoon hike to Rupakot Hill, or opt for a scenic drive. Please note that the Begnas Lake Resort offers spa treatments, including the most profound Ayurvedic treatments.
- Included Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 4: October 14
- Lodging: Begnas Lake Resort
- Program: Begin with a gentle yoga warmup. Hike 3 miles to Begnaskot, followed by a relaxing boat ride back to Begnas Lake. Spend the afternoon at leisure, soaking in the serene environment.
- Included Meals: Breakfast, Lunch, and Dinner
Day 5: October 15
- Lodging: ES Deurali Resort
- Program: Drive to Pokhara and take the cable car to Sarangkot. Hike along the ridge to Deurali, or ride the shuttle for a more relaxed journey.

Day 6: October 16
- Lodging: Fish Tail Lodge
- Program: Start the day with yoga and breakfast with mountain views. Drive back to Pokhara and visit the Tibetan Refugee Center. Check-in at Fish Tail Lodge. Visit the International Mountain Museum.
- Included Meals: Breakfast and Lunch
Day 7: October 17
- Lodging: Fish Tail Lodge
- Program: After yoga and breakfast, we take a boat ride across Phewa Lake and hike 30 minutes to Peace Stupa. A shuttle option will also be available. The afternoon is free for personal exploration or relaxation.

Kathmandu
End your workshop with a stay at Nepal’s renowned Dwarika’s Hotel, where luxury meets heritage. Enjoy traditional Nepalese cuisine, rejuvenate with spa treatments, and relax in modern comforts—an ideal way to conclude your retreat with a perfect blend of culture and indulgence.
Day 8: October 18
- Lodging: The Dwarika’s Hotel
- Program: Fly back to Kathmandu and check into the luxurious Dwarika’s Hotel. Visit Kathmandu Durbar Square and enjoy dinner in the vibrant backpacker district.

Day 9: October 19
- Lodging: The Dwarika’s Hotel
- Program: Explore Swayambhunath temple and Patan Durbar Square and Museum. Conclude the day with a farewell dinner at Krishna Arpan.

- Program: Enjoy breakfast before your final departure.
