Concept
Take drawing and design to new heights in this drawing-based techshop. Learn the latest tools and techniques in illustration, graphic design, and digital collage. Students use illustration software, digital cameras, amazing computers, drawing pads and styluses, and printers in projects that come to life through postcards, prints, and zines. Young artists collage digital drawings onto photographs, learn to cut and blend found imagery, create computerized paint brushes, and more! At the end of the week, participants print digital art in a catalog for everyone to take home and share.
